General Information
We strive to deliver your purchased product in shortest time possible. Order will be processed as soon as the Contract is firmed. It will be delivered by our courier partner from Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays
Delivery Information
Your order will be delivered to your requested address. At the moment, delivery services are only available within Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. It is crucial that during the delivery, someone from your end acknowledges acceptance of the parcel.
Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage once the parcel has been delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the parcel is received in good condition. Once a parcel has been acknowledged by your end, the Company shall not be liable for any damage claim whatsoever.
Company shall not be held responsible for any undelivered order resulting from wrong and / or unclear address provided during your purchase.
We currently DO NOT accept orders from international customers except Singapore. Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order has been placed. Delivery time is based on estimation, which starts from the date of shipping, and NOT from the date of order. Delivery time is to be used as a guide only and is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 10 business days from the date of your order. Business day means Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments due to limitation sets by our courier partner.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are based on weight of your parcel, packaging protection, indicative label and delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large and / or heavy items.
All shipping costs shall be borne by customers including returning of product and / or any second attempt of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of refund, the cost of return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sales tax may be chargeable according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Track Shipping
Once we ship out your parcel, you will receive a tracking number via the registered email. Alternatively, you may check your tracking number in your account area.
Are your products organic?
If by organic it means plant or animal origin then yes our products uses predominantly plant origin actives.
Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly made in Malaysia by a halal certified manufacturing facility with GMP status.
Are all the ingredients used listed on your label?
All ingredients are listed on the labels as required by law.
Does your brand do animal-testing?
Putryana does not do any form of animal testing.
Are your products safe for kids?
Our products are generally safe for all ages but its mostly for adults. There is a range of products that are in development for children that is coming soon.
Are your products safe for pregnant mums?
Our products are generally safe for pregnant women. However if in doubt always consult an expert medical practitioner.
I have sensitive skin but I need to wear makeup for work – will your products make my condition worse?
Our products are generally safe for all skin types and great care has been taken in the selection of ingredient if in doubt always try on a small patch of skin and look out for any adverse reactions. If problems exist, please stop and consult a medical expert.
What is the shelf life of your products?
If properly stored all our products have a minimum of 2-3 years from the date of manufacturer.

General Information
Returns of purchased product must be done within 3 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Original receipt as proof of purchase must be provided.
Return
Depending on quantity, we may use layers of bubble wrap or a box to pack the products. “Fragile” label will be used to indicate parcel handling requirement by our shipping partner. Customer shall bear the cost of return parcel
Refund
We will assess the authenticity of your claim once we receive the returned item. If your claim is approved, a notification will be sent via email, and a refund process will be initiated.
Refund will be issued in the form of store credits at your customer account at our website, which can be used for next purchase. Refund to credit card or cash are not available.
The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. We shall not be liable for any further losses or compensation claim.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, credit card and online banking FPX. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash on delivery at the moment
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Is there any payment installment plan provided by Putryana?
Not at the moment.
How can I check my order?
For every successful transaction, we will send a confirmation order via the registered email. Alternatively, you may check your confirmation order in your account area.
