Terms & Conditions:

1. Participant must follow ALL required steps in order to be selected as a winner.
2. The selected winner will receive ONE staycation package at Temple Tree Langkawi worth RM1,600. Includes:  

• 3D/2N stay in the Estate House for 2 persons with breakfast, 
• Malaysian high tea
• Complimentary childhood welcome amenities
• Late check out till 4pm (subject to availability)  
• Prize is valid until 15 June 2023.

3. Prize winner will be notified via email address or contact number.
4. Should the winner be unreachable, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.
5. Items/Prize must be accepted as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. 
6. A condition of entry is that winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on the relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes.
7. Winners must also present relevant documents at the point of redemption for verification purposes.
8. The Organiser is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the contest.
9. Any cost associated with entering the contest is the participant’s responsibility.
10. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the contest at any time without prior notice. The Organiser also reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
